This project is an ongoing, interactive dictionary for the Choctaw language. Our hope is that this initiative will help make Choctaw more available and useful to those who use the language.

The first priority of this project is to get as many Choctaw words on the wiki as possible. In the future, the project will work toward the following:

• An annotated and clickable (word by word) presentation of the Choctaw Old Testament • Examples of Choctaw conversations with clickable glossaries • Choctaw Hymns and other songs
